Thank you for shopping with Phases Handcrafted. Every order is packed with care and dispatched from Jamshedpur, Jharkhand.

Processing Time

All products are handcrafted and packed to order. Please allow 1–3 business days for your order to be processed and dispatched. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed the next business day.

Update the shipping charges above to match your actual courier rates before publishing. Adjust the free shipping threshold based on your average order value.

Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email or WhatsApp. You can use this to track your shipment on the courier's website.

Packaging

All orders are carefully packed to protect the product during transit. Gift hampers and Rakhi sets are packed in their gift boxes before being placed in the shipping box. If you'd like a personalised message card included, please mention it in the order notes at checkout — we'll add it at no extra charge.

Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, please take photographs of the package and the damaged item immediately upon receipt and email them to info@phaseshandcrafted.in within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund promptly.

In the rare event that a shipment is lost in transit, please contact us at info@phaseshandcrafted.in and we will initiate an investigation with the courier and resolve the issue within 7 business days.
