Refund policy

We want you to love what you receive. Every item at Phases Handcrafted is made with care, and we stand behind the quality of our work. If something isn't right, we will make it right.

Return Window

You may request a return within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.

Items Eligible for Return

• Item received is damaged or defective

• Wrong item delivered

• Item significantly different from the product description

Items Not Eligible for Return

• Items that have been used, washed, or altered

• Personalised or custom-made orders

• Candles that have been lit

• Items returned without prior communication with us

• Rakhi products — due to the seasonal and perishable nature of festival items

How to Initiate a Return

1. Email us at info@phaseshandcrafted.in with your order number and a brief description of the issue.

2. Attach clear photographs of the item and the packaging.

3. We will respond within 2 business days with instructions.

4. Once the return is approved, we will share the return address. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the item is damaged or incorrect.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

• Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.

• Bank transfer times may vary; please allow up to 10 business days for the amount to reflect in your account.

• Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different item, please initiate a return for the original item and place a new order.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing them. After 12 hours, the order may already be in processing or dispatch and cannot be cancelled. To cancel, email info@phaseshandcrafted.in immediately with your order number.
