At Phases Handcrafted, we want you to love your purchase. If you are not fully satisfied, we’re here to help with a simple and fair return process.


1. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

  • Be unused and in original condition

  • Be returned with original packaging

  • Not show signs of damage caused after delivery

  • Be accompanied by proof of purchase or order confirmation

Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.


2. Return Timeframe

Customers may request a return within 2 days of receiving the order.

Return requests made after this period may not be eligible for refund or exchange.


3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable unless received damaged or defective:

  • Personalized/customized products

  • Used items

  • Gift cards

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Opened self-care or hygiene-related products (if applicable)

Due to the handmade nature of some products, slight variations in color, texture, or finish are considered natural and not defects.


4. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hrs of delivery.

Please include:

  • Order number

  • Clear photos/videos of the product

  • Packaging images

Once verified, we may offer:

  • Replacement

  • Store credit

  • Full or partial refund


5. Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method

  • Processing time may take up to 10-15 days

Please note that bank or payment provider processing times may vary.


6. Exchange Policy

Exchanges may be offered for:

  • Damaged products

  • Defective items

  • Incorrect products received

7. Return Shipping Costs

Option 1:
Customers are responsible for return shipping charges unless the item received was damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Shipping charges paid during checkout are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.


8. Cancellation Policy

Orders can only be canceled before they are shipped.

Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation requests may not be accepted.
